If your customers are trying to email you, but are receiving errors that state you are on a blacklist, please send us an email to email@example.com and let the team know as much detail as you can about the error you are receiving. If you can attach or forward the error message to us, this will help us diagnose the problem much faster.
What is an email blacklist?
Blacklists are 3rd party services that include you in their lists if they suspect you have been sending spam emails. A lot of the time this is incorrect and you can be removed within a few days.
Will this mean nobody can send me E-mails?
Usually, these blacklists will only affect a few users trying to send you mail. It will depend on the service they are using to send and receive emails and whether their email service subscribes to the particular blacklist that you have been included on.
