Before you start the domain transfer, it’s important to save your website content and back up your emails if you have a hosted mailbox on the domain. This is very important, as we do not have access to do this for you.
Even when you transfer your domain to us - You still own your domain. We just host it so we can build your website.
Once you're satisfied that you have taken necessary actions, please follow the below instructions.
To complete the transfer of your domain in to our servers, allowing us to manage the domain and build your website, we simply need you to request an IPS Tag change on your domain name.
Please contact your current domain provider and ask them to change the IPS Tag name to:
When this change has been made, we’ll receive an email notification and can complete the process for you. We’ll then set you a publish date for your website and get to work.

PLEASE NOTE: The process is normally quite fast and simple, so if you haven't received an email regarding the successful transfer within 4 working days, it's likely your provider hasn’t processed the change yet. Give us a call and we will confirm if we have your domain or not. Because you own the domain we aren't permitted to contact the existing provider on your behalf so you’ll need to get in touch with your provider to find out why your domain hasn’t been released.
