How do I see how many visitors my website has had?
Log in to the dashboard and click on the 'website visitors' tab.
Why don't I have any visitors?
- Is the website live? Are payments up to date?
- Has the customer submitted content changes recently? if not - this customer needs help optimising their site.
How often does the count update?
The number will update daily:
- The weekly number shows the visitors today and in the last 7 days
- The monthly number shows the visitors today and in the last 28 days
How many visitors has my website had this year?
We don't know this. The website visitors section tells you how many visits you've had in the last 7 days and last 28 days. However, you can see how many work requests you've had in the Work Requests section of
I see people clicking on my email but I haven't received any emails
- Check your spam folder
- Is the email a mailbox? Is it active? Have they pushed it live?
You made the email on my site, that's not my email address
This is probably a forwarder that forwards to their personal email address. Check what the personal email is and educate the customer on how the forwarder works and encourage them to check their spam folder if they haven't already. If the customer is adamant about showing their personal email address on the site instead we can do that.

If you don't have an email on your site then that counter is switched off. Encourage the customer to display an email, it improves the chances of the customer being contacted.
