When your website is ready, you get an email letting you know this which also contains a link to your Mettrr Dashboard. The email subject is 'Your Website is Ready'.
See the video guide here:
How it works:- For security reasons, our system generates a 'token' linked to that one specific terms and conditions email, so no one else can use it.
Every time this is sent out it replaces the previous one, so the most recent one must be used.
Once the link is clicked and the pop up opens, you can click to accept Ts & Cs and then you will be logged into your Mettrr Dashboard.
From there you can change their password to something more memorable, by clicking on 'Your Details and then selecting the "Change Password" tab.
If you are experiencing problems logging in, run through these questions first:
- Make sure you have received the "Your Website is ready" email
Trying to log in with an email address and clicking 'forgot password' before the website is built will break the process.
- What browser are you using?
Our sites do not work on Microsoft Internet Explorer. IE is being phased out by Microsoft and so modern websites such as ours lose functionality. You must use either Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Edge, which is the replacement for IE.
- Are you copying and pasting the password?
Be careful when copying the password - It is possible to select an extra space at the end of the password, which counts as a character and will cause a password fail. You can click to ‘show password’ and check you are not accidentally entering a space. Type the password out exactly if you are unsure.
- Are you using the most recent link sent?
As mentioned, each email will invalidate the previous Ts & Cs email. So you must make sure you are using the most recent email received.
This should get you logged in and your website launched but if this is still not working, you can reset your password using the "Forgot Password" route.
